What we collect on a quote request
When you contact us for a private jet charter Phoenix quote, we ask for the details we need to price the trip: your name, phone number, email address, and the specifics of your travel. That usually means your departure and arrival points, travel dates, passenger count, and any preferences such as a particular aircraft class or airport. If you call, we may note the date and time of the call and what we discussed.
We collect only what the quote requires. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site, and we do not purchase marketing lists to fill in gaps. If a detail is not needed to route your request to an operator, we leave it alone.
Why we use your details
We use your information to prepare and deliver a quote, to answer follow-up questions, and to arrange the trip if you choose to book. That includes checking aircraft availability at Sky Harbor, Scottsdale, Deer Valley, and Glendale fields and matching your passenger count and luggage to a suitable cabin.
We may also contact you about your request by phone or email. We keep those messages focused on your trip. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Sharing details with operators
We are a charter broker and arranger. We do not own or operate aircraft. To get you a real quote, we pass your trip details to FAA Part 135 operators who hold operational control of the flights, so they can confirm availability and price. Those operators receive only the information needed to evaluate your request, such as dates, route, passenger count, and any special requirements.
Because those operators run their own businesses, their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy practices. We ask them to use your details only for your trip, but we cannot control what happens inside another company. When you book, the operator carrying you becomes responsible for the flight and for the passenger information it needs to conduct it.
Call recording
Calls to and from our team may be recorded for quality and training. If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start. Recordings stay with us and are used to review how quotes were handled and to resolve any disagreement about what was promised. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will continue the conversation without it.
How long we keep your information
Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for a limited period so we can pick up the conversation if you return, and then deleted on a regular schedule. Records tied to a completed trip are kept longer because tax, insurance, and aviation rules require it. When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the record.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows. If a record must be kept for a completed flight, we will explain why.
Questions about your information
You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to the contact address on this site and describe your request; we will confirm what we can do and when. If you have booked a flight, some records sit with the operator as well, and we can tell you which one carried your trip so you can reach them directly.
