How Phoenix private jet charter works
We arrange private jet charter Phoenix travelers rely on for business, family, and vacation trips. We act as your agent in sourcing aircraft and coordinating with operators, but we do not own or operate aircraft. The flights you take are operated by FAA Part 135 air carriers that hold operational control, meaning the operator is responsible for the aircraft, crew, and flight operations.
When you request a quote, we gather details about your trip and match you with operators who can meet your needs. The quote you receive is an estimate based on the information available at that time. It is not a confirmed booking until the operator reviews and accepts the details and you receive a confirmation from us.
Phoenix charter quotes and confirmation
Prices shown on our site or in initial quotes are estimates and may change based on aircraft availability, fuel costs, crew scheduling, and other factors. We will present you with a quote that includes the estimated price, aircraft type, and operator. That quote is valid for a limited time and is subject to the operator's confirmation.
Once you accept a quote, we will coordinate with the operator to confirm your flight. The operator will then provide a charter agreement that includes the final price, payment terms, and cancellation policy. You will need to review and sign that agreement directly with the operator.
Payment and cancellation terms
All payment and cancellation terms are set by the operator in their charter agreement. We do not set those terms and cannot override them. Typically, the operator will require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking, and cancellation policies vary widely. You should read the operator's contract carefully before signing.
If you need to change or cancel your flight, you must contact the operator directly according to the terms in their agreement. We can help facilitate communication, but the operator's decision is final. Any refunds or credits are at the operator's discretion as stated in their contract.
Taxes and fees for Phoenix charters
Charter flights are subject to federal excise tax and other fees, which are typically included in the operator's quote. These taxes and fees are set by government authorities and may change. The operator will itemize them in your charter agreement. We do not control these charges and pass them through as required by law.
Our role and limitation of liability
We are an agent for the customer, not the operator. We do not control the aircraft, crew, or flight operations. The operator is solely responsible for the safe conduct of the flight and for complying with all applicable regulations. By using our service, you agree that we are not liable for any acts or omissions of the operator, including delays, cancellations, injuries, or property damage.
Our liability is limited to the fees we charge for arranging your charter. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your responsibilities and acknowledgment
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your trip, including passenger names, weights, and luggage. You must comply with the operator's rules and all applicable laws. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and that you will review the operator's charter agreement before booking.
By requesting a quote or booking a flight through us, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, please contact us before proceeding.
